Black Cockatoos feeding

The wonderful Black Cockatoo is a frequent visitor and we were lucky enough to have a family of four come to Tilligerry Habitat last week. We captured, at first glance, a rather dramatic scene of the mother feeding her young one. And by young one I mean young but in no way small. These are very large birds.

I am only glad when my mum fed me when I was small we did not have to go through that kind of performance.
